Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary during festivals, sales, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping limit.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply where available.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID
  • Courier partner details
  • Tracking link via SMS/email

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the order remains undelivered, it may be returned to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • a damaged product
  • wrong item
  • missing item

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Product photos/video
